Kyle Witschen

As Director of Operations and Administration for Raymond James’ Financial Institutions Division, Kyle is responsible for ensuring the Division’s advisors and staff have the tools necessary to provide clients with the quality service they expect. Whether that be technology solutions or process improvements, Kyle is dedicated to continuously improving the client and advisor experience.

Prior to joining the Financial Institutions Division in 2023, Kyle spent 8 years as a Director in the Firm’s Enterprise Compliance Department, during which time he led several advisor-facing teams to minimize reputational and financial risk to the Firm. His compliance experience continues to serve him well in his current role, as he has the unique ability to identify regulatory pitfalls before they materialize.

Kyle received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University and holds Series 4, 6, 7, 24, 52 and 63 licenses. While not assisting the Division’s advisors and staff, Kyle enjoys fishing, playing golf (poorly), and spending time with his wife, Elisabeth, and their son, Eamonn.
