Eric Harter

Eric has over 16 years of experience collaborating with advisors in the financial services industry. Currently, he helps Raymond James-affiliated financial institutions attract top advisors in their respective marketplaces.

Eric began his career after college, working in various banks up until joining Raymond James in 2007, where he held internal wholesaler positions with Eagle Asset Management and Asset Management Services. He spent the last nine years recruiting advisors in the AdvisorChoice Consulting department before joining the Financial Institutions Division in 2023. Eric holds the Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses.

Eric earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

He and his wife, Carrie, live in Parrish with their two sons, Griffin and Miles.
