Marcus Katz joined the Consumer Investment Banking group at Raymond James in 2021 as part of the firm’s strategic acquisition of Financo. Mr. Katz brings comprehensive experience in consumer and retail transaction advisory and focuses on M&A and growth capital raises within the sector. Prior to Raymond James and Financo, Mr. Katz worked at Ares Management in its Private Equity group. Mr. Katz graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School’s Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in economics with a concentration in finance and a Bachelor of Arts in international studies and Hispanic studies.
