Parker Colvin
Managing Director, Municipal Underwriter
Parker joined Raymond James in 2013 as a managing director and senior underwriter with our California office. Previously, he managed the California/Arizona underwriting desk for Stifel and served as head of trading and underwriting for Stone & Youngberg. While in California, Parker underwrote more than 1,200 transactions with a par value exceeding $30 billion. Born and raised on the Iron Range of Minnesota, he earned a degree in mathematics and played ice hockey at Wheaton College in Illinois. He is a past president of the San Francisco Municipal Bond Club. Parker currently holds Series 7, 53 and 63 licenses.
