Kristen Millard

Kristen joined Raymond James in April 2003. She was previously employed by Kirkpatrick Pettis in the Public Finance department. Kristen’s public finance practice is concentrated in non-profit and general government municipal financings for individual issuers and statewide lending programs. She also manages a pooled lending program for the Kentucky Rural Water Finance Corporation and has served as financial/municipal advisor for over 200 loans through the program. Over the last 10 years, she also has specialized in financings utilizing USDA-RD funding programs.

Kristen received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Kentucky. She is a Registered Municipal Securities Representative having the Series 7 (General Securities Representative license), the Series 50 (Municipal Advisor Representative) and the Series 63 (Uniform Securities license).
